Communication, honesty and listening to their people. Having been a part of the "back to office" committee, which was dissolved abruptly when the mandate was enforced, it was very clear none of the executive team cared about the associates and their needs. Meetings are still virtual from cubes.

Supervisors need to have respect and listen to their workers . Package handlers go through a lot of work and we only get one 10 min break . Supervisors are constantly harrassing workers in a negative way . Also for this type of work I shouldnt be getting paid $15.00 an hour.
