Begin to behave ethically instead of acting as if they are class presidents in high school taking all of their personal issues out on their team. Relying on gossip and hearsay to run their teams, instead of building individual relationships with members of their teams to determine their strengths

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
my stock is being used to purchase bitcoin and other items, but I cannot personal use my Nordstrom stock to purchase these same stock. I should have a say where Nordstrom moves my stock investments around. Employees should be required to do equal amounts of work.Not just do what task they want

Hiring mgrs and HR need to be honest about the work that is needed and the task and skills that are needed to complete the job. Hiring mgrs and HR need to advise people during the hiring process that hours scheduled will not always be 30 +hrs per week. It can be less, even down to 8hrs for the wk

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Learning new skills that can help me with my career with Nordstrom or not with Nordstrom. Knowing that friendships can develop with other like minded individuals that believe in creating a work team that does not rely on social bias or personal issues that they allow to limit their work performance.

What makes you most happy at work?
Music, figuring out how to improve the teams work standards that make the job easier. Venting getting a second opinion on how to be a better employee and questioning why some team members do not do the work, but they complain about not being scheduled.
