The rare days I am offered meal breaks long enough to both eat AND digest my food!

That i have a steady stream of repeat clients. Some of who i have become friends wirh over the years.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

At one time a great place to shop. Womens snd home Departments have become irrelevent.

Stop trying to be a Rack. Start trying to be a store people trust.

Over 80% of people are document illiterate, over 60% of people review the company negatively; address their complaints and then put in a system to more easily ban morons.

Better selling culture and choice better management. People stay with the company for long periods of time or top seller doesn't mean they qualify for management position. Promoting with in don't always work best for the company!

Top leadership is grasping at straws to improve efficiency and drive results. The recently-adopted Kaizen model should be about small changes over time, not a continuous overhaul of process. The company doesn't know how to utilize, grow, and retain its talent.
