What do you like best about the leadership team?

Always friendly, patient, and generously offering positive reinforcement.

Leadership team does not keep us informed.

Approachable, considerate, the customer comes first - whether that is the internal customer or the customers in our stores.

They are all well trained.

Get things done right away

Being fair to the team

Very communicating. Friendly and easy to chat with

Creativity and inspiration, compassion and thoughtfulness

Caring and helping. On floor doing work.

The leadership team, for the most part, has good intentions and want what is best for the employees and the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need ethical and fair leadership

Review from Operations Dept

Hire competent people. Too young and no experirnce

Review from Sales Dept

Treat everyone equally. Resolve problems instead of ignoring them

Everything such as sales and customer service

extremely disconnected from Org Directors and below.

Professionalism, Communication, Resoect, Problem Solving. No Cliques

Actual leadership. Someone needs to be there, to make sacrifices, to choose the customers and brand before their friends. Oh and bras require more training than 90 seconds, signed someone with a decade of experience. Also commission is an 80s thing. Drop it and move on.

Training professionalism team building leadership integrity customer building skills customer loyalty staff integrity

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Engineering Dept

Listen to the tenure employees

A standard across the teams of what is expected of their employees and how that hurts and benefits the others in the department and their daily tasks.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Organization and understanding that other employees have their own work to do. One cannot do your work.

Appreciating our efforts financially--they say we keep the company afloat but the pay doesn't reflect that

Review from Operations Dept

Hold managers directly accountable for the orientation and success of their new hires. Don't assume it just happens.

Review from Engineering Dept

My team needs to work on Communication, respect, and kindess

The management team has too much responsibility and the new employees do not receive proper training.

Everything you can possibility think of
