Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
- The company boasts open culture in all their messaging and PR yet the vast majority of questions asked by employees at company town halls are "Anonymous" which is very telling of what people really feel about transparency.

What are some of the best things about your team?
One team mentality, open and sharing to best practices. We could do better with more social / optional out of office activities but the leaders of the team are aware and have since brought us to more offsites

Company is pretty nice in terms of environment. People are great - from the receptionist to the CEO. Free snacks and solid benefits too.
