Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I mean considering how short staffed the entire world is AND how awful my managers/supervisers are, I believe that everyone in copy center deserves a raise. MORE than a dollar difference. The copy center superviser sometimes works 10 days a week. We deal with mean customers, and have no help!

I am a very talented print and marketing employee, and I am underminded because I cannot devote my full soul to the company every day of the week every hour of the week. and when the threat of overtime comes in they work me just enough to remain miserable but not compensated for my time.

My department is fine but the overall communication is poor

Seeing the copy center supervisor, and the copy center staff! due to being there for a while i was blessed to form such a cool bond with all my coworkers!

What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers/friends. I also really enjoy when a customer gives me a huge order, and im there to complete it and when they pick it up and they look so HAPPY! or when prom season comes around and I make promposals! UGH I LOVE MY JOB
