I'd like to be respected, and for my availability to not cause for belittlement of my talents with lack of hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a very talented print and marketing employee, and I am underminded because I cannot devote my full soul to the company every day of the week every hour of the week. and when the threat of overtime comes in they work me just enough to remain miserable but not compensated for my time.
