What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The managers and supervisors at my store need to get better at communicating with one another. Often the supervisors can't agree on what needs to be done, or who needs to do it. Associates will be given a task only to have someone give them an entirely different task in the middle of their project.

The pay is not enough for the amount of work expected

i feel i can be getting paid more i think the cost of living is going up but the pay wage is not.

I feel $11 should be the minimum wage for all the work that is expected of associates. I also feel we should be rewarded financially for rewards sign ups, protection plans, and excellent surveys. Health insurance should also be included in our benefits.

They need to increase in payroll for their staff and stop reducing full time work hours so that employees can have a decent paycheck to feed their families.

Employees need more say better training would be nice. More responsibilities for the part-time so the full-time is not responsible for every little detail. Hourly wages should increase due to the amount of responsibilities of full time employees.

The office environment is toxic and boring. More work from home opportunities need to be given.

The sales manager can be very difficult to work with. She treats associates terribly; yelling at us and constantly criticizing us no matter how well we do. If she isn't fired, I think she needs to be demoted and watched over until she behaves better.
