Paid the amount advertised nationally. Advertising that Chipotle is paying a starting wage of $15/hr and raising prices in anticipation of rising wages turn the customers against the workers who already get repeatedly threaten and verbally assaulted by customers who act entitled to the nth degree.

As a member of facilities I'm not paid for all the things that I have to do I consistently go above and beyond and help out in other areas that I shouldn't but I just want to make sure I am doing my part. In order to make a good salary I have to work astronomical amounts of overtime.

My team in the RSC is understaffed, and we do not make a fair wage for the amount of work we do. Additionally, many of our issues stem from the restaurants themselves being understaffed due to a lack of LIVING wages provided to potential applicants.
