Speaking, teaching or even pretending to care about the needs and wellbeing of their employees. Having people work everyday for weeks at a time with no support or even the ability to gain vacation time or PTO time for anyone under Gm level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid the amount advertised nationally. Advertising that Chipotle is paying a starting wage of $15/hr and raising prices in anticipation of rising wages turn the customers against the workers who already get repeatedly threaten and verbally assaulted by customers who act entitled to the nth degree.
