I am one person constantly running around doing the job of multiple people. We are constantly understaffed and forced to overwork ourselves as well as everyone else.

We should be paying our people in the field who are making the movement happen every single day a higher wage than we currently do. The wage we were getting during the pandemic was a fair wage for the work we do in my opinion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Chipforce is ruining a manager's ability to fulfill their scheduling role. PHC is gone so now restaurants are not prepared for service. Seen this at multiple restaurants that otherwise used to have service coverage because of menulink PHC. Also, not being able to track labor throughout the day issue
