What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about Sweetwater's leadership team is their approachability. They do not feel out of reach, or completely out of touch from the every day work. They make going to them with questions/problems/suggestions easy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our health insurance is very reasonable and the opportunity for wellness credits for those in good health is a great addition.

Sweetwater partners with many local businesses and companies in the area to get the employee's discounts or special perks. I think it is a great way to encourage our employees to support and shop locally.

I would say pay increase or monthly bonuses

What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe that Sweetwater really takes time in picking out good quality people that support the vision of 'always doing the right thing'. Being at Sweetwater more than likely makes you a musician, or at the very least, a lover of music. There is collective interest that connects us all.

The people! Collective interest in music and values makes for a positive work environment.

The most positive element to the company culture is that there is a family feel. Everyone that works here is welcoming, warm, fun, unique, and self-driven. I think this creates a GREAT work environment because employees can be their authentic selves and bcomfortable when they walk into work everyday

It always comes back to the people. Sweetwater truly takes time in picking out quality individuals. This is reflected when working alongside each and every department, at every level.
