I have work that is usually fulfilling, I get to work with great people that make the day fun, and I have a fantastic manager who always make sure we're okay with our workload, acknowledges good work. Oh, and the day is even better when one of the desert options is peanut butter pie!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not feel valued or feel like I have a long term future here.
Management doesn't listen and have poor leadership skills. Watching people fail yet get promoted while those that do the job perfect get stuck cause they are good is depressing. I don't get regular one-on-ones, so there is no developing happening to help me grow.

Sales is favored above all, regardless of how much other departments contribute to customer retention. Sales is able to get vendor perks, free merchandise, contests and giveaways while tech support exists so they don't have to put any work in beyond making the money.
