There is never any fear of negativity for asking any question whatsoever, even if you have asked that same question in the past. There is an open atmosphere with the leadership that is priceless.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The Team leaders job is just to sit there and watch over all emplyees nit picking at eveything they can. They get payed more, recieve bonuses, recieve praise from high ups. Yet they do nothing but show up late and play favorties. They dont get knocked for anything that any other emplyee does.

Compensation and benfifits are the only decenr part. But if you ask me, its not worth working for a place like that.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Treat everyone fair and understand people have lives. Emergencies happen. They say they arent salesman and arent like other dealerships. Haha but right when you start the only two things that they want you to do is trade enrichement and why carvana is the best. Like okay not salesman, right.
