What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their willingness to stand with you that the good and the bad and to assist you in pushing yourself forward and being the best version of yourself

They're very laid-back and easy-going and when they need to coach you, that's exactly what they do as coach

They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.

My leadership team is very positive and easy to communicate with.

Well, honestly they are so broke they don't show any appreciation to some of the buildings they own. Some of the mechanic shops don't even have all the things they should have.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They all stick to company procedures which i can stand by that.
