Everyone stepped in and helps the next person to become the best version of themselves

Everyone gets along very well. We've all got each other's backs.

Actually nothing at all because this company doesn't value you. Unless your a advocate making them more money and getting them product.

It's a mix of good positive people, everyone helps everyone and someone always has something positive to say. It's a good hub, but my supervisor is restricted from promoting his own crew, because of the unnecessary red tape that restricts him from building a better team. Great super, just restricted

More diversity at higher levels and more investment in facilities outside of Arizona.

Stop keeping people past their expected off time or at least make overtime optional. I want to enjoy my time off before my next shift and they should not be able to force you

New managers. This place just needs help and I hope it is seen and not just looked over because they will be on their best behavior in the moments of someone looking at them.

The RMs have to do better of communicating and being able to fix and talk though there problems and the way they manage Demoting people without a paper trail

My manager is a good guy but covers up a lot of bad work behaviour from the driver leaders because is hard to replace them. Today I was pointed at with a BB gun by a driver leader because he was trying to shoot a gatorade bottle next to me. Thats terrible but nothing will be done to fix it
