Everybody feels that they can do their own thing when y'all set up a standard for us to operate and clean the cars and detail the cars you have individuals think that they can make a shortcut and make i that would cause confusing within the lines

My co-workers need leaders and I am not one of them. They need training more than one day transferring from advocate 2 to exec res.
Stop being so negative all the time
People actually work instead of worrying about what others do
Just save yourself the headache. Most of the people employed at carvana were ex baristas or have never had a job before this one.
Treat everyone fair and understand people have lives. Emergencies happen. They say they arent salesman and arent like other dealerships. Haha but right when you start the only two things that they want you to do is trade enrichement and why carvana is the best. Like okay not salesman, right.

Stop trying to force "fun" things when we are on a time crunch. We dont need to do icebreakers when we have time sensitive tasks that we can't start until the meeting is over
Quality employees make the difference. You pay for what you get...even a sub par employees.
I suggest investing the funding for those free lunches they often use to motivate underpaid staff be repurposed into pay increases for wage employees.
