What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their willingness to stand with you that the good and the bad and to assist you in pushing yourself forward and being the best version of yourself
They're very laid-back and easy-going and when they need to coach you, that's exactly what they do as coach
They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.

It's pretty incredible that our executive team has been together for over 10 years - through the ups, downs, and ups again all together.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They all stick to company procedures which i can stand by that.
Communication between departments, and relaying correct information to employees the first time

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Carvana has a lot of perks. I really love the Carvana he's program which will allow a certain amount of monetary assistance in attending ASU and learning a degree.
The pay is fair. But I believe advocates should be paid more considering we are the only face that that customer will ever see

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe workers need to get a certain percentage of equity if they work for the company more than 10 years
I feel like I perform more duties than asked so I should receive more money
Would like to have made more money
Again if there were a human resources available on site an easy way to contact them by phone and email
More pay. Im living at my supervisors place becuse i dont make enough to qualify for an apartment within 45mins of work

I feel like I'm part of a family at Carvana
We are all in this together! Teamwork makes dream work
They are nice people, helpful when they want to be.

My team in heavy build was very skilled and loyal. Always ready to help or learn to be better and more efficient.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We work good together I think it's management
Most meetings could have been an email.
We need more to help out in the ones that we're helping out would look at you and walk away sometimes which were the Porter's only three Porter's would help then they took those away everybody else just out for themselves if they can get rid of you they can and they will
More understanding each other more and helping each other more
Coworkers gang up in groups like highschool. Have seen them bully people out of their job
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone stepped in and helps the next person to become the best version of themselves
Everyone gets along very well. We've all got each other's backs.
Actually nothing at all because this company doesn't value you. Unless your a advocate making them more money and getting them product.
It's a mix of good positive people, everyone helps everyone and someone always has something positive to say. It's a good hub, but my supervisor is restricted from promoting his own crew, because of the unnecessary red tape that restricts him from building a better team. Great super, just restricted

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity at higher levels and more investment in facilities outside of Arizona.
Better management cure the negative environment

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everybody was kind and caring and into consideration of all my information that was provided and answered all my questions
There were three people, including myself in my interview group, and in that time we all were given the opportunity to talk about ourselves a little bit and what we've done in the past. That makes you feel like they care! Then there was the one on one interview it was just completely comfortable
Nothing, it was very difficult and confusing and due to the complications I was fired and immediately rehired after I got hired

What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy is the environment working with real ppl ppl who don't judge ppl who welcome an are naturally nice at heart carvana is the opposite gay community not welcome female ties only certain ppl are nice management sucks an need fresh start yet some real ppl who care

The pay and hours is not equal to the amount if work. Simple

The ability to do what I love this which is working on vehicles nobody breathing down my neck as long as we meet a quote by the end of the day
