Their willingness to stand with you that the good and the bad and to assist you in pushing yourself forward and being the best version of yourself
They're very laid-back and easy-going and when they need to coach you, that's exactly what they do as coach
They are great but restricted from properly doing there job. I always thought job opportunities come for those with in the company that show up and do there job and prove there worth. I applied for Delivery Driver and was turned down because I haven't been with you for 6 months yet I'm qualified.

They all stick to company procedures which i can stand by that.
Communication between departments, and relaying correct information to employees the first time
Owning their mistakes and not retaliate on people to quit ir be fired

Carvana has a lot of perks. I really love the Carvana he's program which will allow a certain amount of monetary assistance in attending ASU and learning a degree.
The pay is fair. But I believe advocates should be paid more considering we are the only face that that customer will ever see
Not expensive and Very reasonable
Safety Bonus, paid time off, 401K.

They prioritize compliance over competency. The most productive people get used, the sycophants get recognized.
I believe workers need to get a certain percentage of equity if they work for the company more than 10 years
I feel like I perform more duties than asked so I should receive more money

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Showing up to work everyday
Everybody feels that they can do their own thing when y'all set up a standard for us to operate and clean the cars and detail the cars you have individuals think that they can make a shortcut and make i that would cause confusing within the lines
We work good together I think it's management
Most meetings could have been an email.
We need more to help out in the ones that we're helping out would look at you and walk away sometimes which were the Porter's only three Porter's would help then they took those away everybody else just out for themselves if they can get rid of you they can and they will

I just like the people that I work with.

The incentives are positive for the time
Everyone stepped in and helps the next person to become the best version of themselves
Everyone gets along very well. We've all got each other's backs.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity at higher levels and more investment in facilities outside of Arizona.
Better management cure the negative environment
Management and the fact we work every weekend
Have a human resources department on site
Hold people responsible for their actions. Better pay would increase employee morale too.

Everybody was kind and caring and into consideration of all my information that was provided and answered all my questions
There were three people, including myself in my interview group, and in that time we all were given the opportunity to talk about ourselves a little bit and what we've done in the past. That makes you feel like they care! Then there was the one on one interview it was just completely comfortable
Nothing, it was very difficult and confusing and due to the complications I was fired and immediately rehired after I got hired

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The people conducting the interviews are incompetent, and only hire candidates they perceive as no threat to their position.
It was a pretty good interview process but the work did not match what I was told

What makes me happy is the environment working with real ppl ppl who don't judge ppl who welcome an are naturally nice at heart carvana is the opposite gay community not welcome female ties only certain ppl are nice management sucks an need fresh start yet some real ppl who care

My W-2 for 2024 was incorrectly filed they never show the federal deductions I've been trying to communicate with somebody within carvana for almost a year now to resolve this issue with my W-2 form it doesn't show my federal deductions is nobody to contact so I'm using this method I'm no longer a p
Customer focus without employee focus is a big problem customers can feel.

The pay and hours is not equal to the amount if work. Simple

The ability to do what I love this which is working on vehicles nobody breathing down my neck as long as we meet a quote by the end of the day
