What did you like most about the interview process?

Everybody was kind and caring and into consideration of all my information that was provided and answered all my questions

There were three people, including myself in my interview group, and in that time we all were given the opportunity to talk about ourselves a little bit and what we've done in the past. That makes you feel like they care! Then there was the one on one interview it was just completely comfortable

Nothing, it was very difficult and confusing and due to the complications I was fired and immediately rehired after I got hired

They literally hire anyone interested and give them responsibilities beyond their capabilities and knowledge. Easy to get a job, I guess.

How I got to meet with different management positions during the interview process

You get a smile on your face and if your manager likes you, they will ask for you that's what happened when I was working with Darleen

The woman that called me was very informative sounded cheerful professional and made sure I had a clear understanding before we hung up the phone and asked me if there was something I'd be interested in

Be genuine and make it a point to take your time

To be open minded towards ppl with disabilities

They told me I would have a "flex schedule" and then asked me if I was okay with overtime. Well, what they DIDN'T tell me is that the flex went both ways. I now have cut hours during the holidays, and I'm making 5-8 hours less pay until we're busier (tax season). I don't think I can make it work.
