I've only been with Carvana for two months, but I absolutely love it! I bought my car from Carvana three years ago and when I saw the opportunity to be the person to deliver those vehicles, I jumped on it quick!

Everyone gets along very well. We've all got each other's backs.

They're very laid-back and easy-going and when they need to coach you, that's exactly what they do as coach
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is fair. But I believe advocates should be paid more considering we are the only face that that customer will ever see
What did you like most about the interview process?
There were three people, including myself in my interview group, and in that time we all were given the opportunity to talk about ourselves a little bit and what we've done in the past. That makes you feel like they care! Then there was the one on one interview it was just completely comfortable
