Training; be a good example of your company values that you look for from your employees. Stop thinking someone is a machine which will A's 3 exams in the first week of employment with no connection or recap from a human.

Training, give a person a chance to get started. Put more focus on developing a training program not a drill team.

No one advocates for the people at the bottom. We are constantly walked over and disregarded. Management is only in it for themselves. And HR is right there beside them.
