Middle Management and upper Management need to realize that there needs to be a Happy work life balance for their employees. People are more productive when they are happy.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It does not matter how much you improve at work or what you improve in, Management is always providing negative feedback to all of their sales employees. I have never worked for a company that writes people up all the time for something that is not warranted. It’s sad when 99% of staff in a departme
