What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The department morale is horrible. Ive tried to help fix and repair realtions between employees and help fix the low morale. It seems managemet and directors dont care and want to see me out the door for bringing problems into light. HR wont help. Employees are scared to speak up and leave asap!
