The interviewers were open and honest.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

I have had great interviews at the company. They are selecting people who they have given the position to prior to the interview though. If it’s internal, it’s already given a

Communication in a timely manner

Having people who like their job do the interview

Review from Operations Dept

Need more transparency into the job postings; the job descriptions are nonsense and generic - you can't differentiate between positions because they use such similar titles and descriptions.

Posting the right profile for the job, having the right people on the panel, and not having a crazy reference check process like with the CPMG group

Faster and more clear path in hiring process

Better job of vetting future employees. They are becomming so desperate for staff that they will hire anyone

It was a panel interview and the questions were answerable although didnt really pertain to the job and I felt I wasnt able to make my strengths as an employee show also I almost didnt get the position because one member of the panel didnt like me, thank God she was overruled I wont be here 12 years

Review from Operations Dept

Kaisert is very slow in responding if ever

Ask who is responsible to improve the interview process. The manager needs to explain the workload, working condition, transfer process for enhancement.

Review from Admin Dept

HR needs to allow more flexibility in job posting language. None of the job descriptions match the actual work, which makes it impossible to navigate as either a candidate or a hiring manager.

Review from Marketing Dept

Alot of help they need

Review from Operations Dept

Shorten the wait time (weeks!) and communicate better.

Review from Operations Dept

The company interview process is fair the department interview process is biased

Review from Finance Dept

Use standardized measurements. There is a huge discrepancy in the responsibilities of the people at Kaiser Permanente that hold the job title of EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT. Many of us do project work and other complex tasks—working on a variety of committees but never compensated accordingl

Review from Admin Dept

Took way too long... had 11 interviews over three months. May as well have been interviewing for CEO

The internal computer screening process makes it hard to get interviews for jobs I'm qualified for.

Review from Operations Dept

If interviewers were knowledgeable about the jobs they were hiring for.

I would streamiine applications first.
