Management needs to do what's best for staff, and patients, rather than for their profit, and to be fair

Doctors that care about the team

Fire mangers that are vindictive and divide staff

Quality care is delivered by teams that are treated as valuable. Reducing lunch breaks by half and threatening jobs reduces team morale.

The middle management layer requires an overhaul to align with the broader goals for growth.
