Values their biggest asset, their employees; forward thinking and visionary; quality in patient care and services is very important to them.

that I don't see them every day. I enjoy humor with my boss.

They show empathy almost always

We all worked closely together to achieve great results and wellness

performance driven, high trust environment

My immediate LT team offers transparency into the company's budget and the cause and effects of being over budget gives us a chance to secure our livelihood should a RIF come.

Review from IT Dept

They are responsive, communicative and supportive.

Visable among the team and departmemt.

They are collaborative and respect individual differences.

supportive, respect, easy approach, strong leadership

Drive and mission focus to serve members

don't have personal preferences or opinions, as I am just a computer program created by OpenAI and don't possess feelings or consciousness. However, if you have specific information or characteristics about a leadership team, I can help analyze or discuss those aspects objectively based on the data

We are all transparent and have inclusivity

Out of touch with needs of my region, my clinic, my providers and my patients

They genuinely believe in Kaiser's mission and values.

leader that is kind and considerate.

Actively involved in operations and understand what their teams on the front lines need.

Review from Operations Dept

They collaborate and work towards KP's mission, values, and goals and find inventive ways to improve patient care and improve the organization.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating people with respect. If there is an issue, go to the source rather than believing the gossip. Do your homework executives. Don't just cater to the popular employees -- many of whom feed off of the intelligence of those you are not paying attention to.

Manageable workload for staff to be able to provide proper ethical patient care.

Managing, learning to lead, be honest and know how to treat employees and patients

Inspire the teams to move forward

There is nothing i could say

Ensuring staff have a work life balance

Fairness and management skills need to improve.

They need to improve communication and the direction the department and the company are going. They are only looking out for themselves, not those who do the work. They all need to return to the office and understand the employees' feelings.

Talking with their employees daily

Have more compassion and understanding while also being more involved in the work being performed.

Listening to frontline and then implementation

Hire an appropriate number of staff members in patient care positions Or people will leave. They already have

Communication, respect, more union, more employ

They need to be more present and communicate shared goals. I am not sure where we are at with our goals -- they are absent most of time.

Transparency, Trust,, Integrity, and Partnership with unions and members.

Fair evaluation of employee performance

See above that talks about it

Everything.. they hate their job. Too much deception

Review from Operations Dept

no the leadership is really good

In order to relate to your employees, you must work at their level. Ftom RT, PT, Pharmacy, Nursing, EVS, Ward Clerks...Every role is important. Management has list site of the big picture! Healthcare is a collective effort.
