My GM and OM show the appreciation an employee like myself needs to do my job amd be happy about it. They are great examples. Everyone can improve. If I would have an idea or better way of doing things they would stop and hear me out. I feel i can approach them about negative and positive issues.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
This is not the military. People have lives. Stuck up pencil pushers that have no clue about how hard we work to maintain these vehicles. I think if we had a bring corporate to work day and had them do something as simple as tires.... they would be humbled. I used to be happy about working here .

Empathy would be beneficial. Each shift has their own projects that are just as important as the others. If anyone drops the ball, it could effect the next couple shifts. Do your job so other can do theirs.

Corporate needs to have a sit down talk with Loves Store 61s GM. Or he needs to be let go. He is costing our store business and is very rude to not only his employees but the customers as well.

Even perfect communication can be improved. No matter how great you think it is you should always be striving to make it even better. You can't create an amazing team if the team isn't comminicating. Comminication creates great work enviroments and that helps build great work ethic! Just my opinion.
