Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

communication, respect, and being a part of a great team

The effort they put in to help us learn and grow, not only within the company, but through everyday life as well, is very inspiring to me.

Store leadership has improved dramatically. Having support and mentors that adheare to policy and having a team who knows hiw to separate business from personal makes such a big difference.

Teamwork and communication is great.

Review from Sales Dept

They trying hard even though they have no support from their upper management

Concerned about my welfare and willing to get things done

Review from Operations Dept

We all have the same goal. We want to make our store great.

Always quick to help out other team members

Working as a team is great

They are all nice and helpful and always there when I have a question

Fair honest understanding outgoing fast

We work together to get things done

Our team work is amazing

My district manager Mr Scott is a great man....he is very nice and treats you like you are a somebody and I could not ask for more!

They always check on me/my team & genuinely seem to care how things are going. I feel that I can go to them anytime for help or with any questions and they are willing to always help and answer questions.

They work right along beside you

Leadership team is great helpful and professional

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee relations and building positive culture

Listening to the lower employees without fear of retaliation or subjegation once issues with fellow employees or managers is brought into the open

There jobs fair to employees

Advocating for their employees who deserve it. Standing up for whats right and fair rather than blindly following out of date rules.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Training. Also the drama. They act like teenagers.

Address issues that employees present to them iSo employees feel safe to come to work. Don't continue to keep employees that dont call out , are aggressive orHigh and on drugs.

Training. No one has formally trained me to do a single thing. There is little to zero communication

The leadership team needs to learn professionalism

Communicating with team members and not having favorites

Everything. They honestly shouldn't be managers. They're incompetent, rude, ignorant, and worse, they think they are good managers.

Get involved and actually manage

Being trained ok mental health

Learning how to generally communicate, set schedules, keep store fully staffed, deal with discrimination and remarks better and check on staff to make sure they're okay.

This is not the military. People have lives. Stuck up pencil pushers that have no clue about how hard we work to maintain these vehicles. I think if we had a bring corporate to work day and had them do something as simple as tires.... they would be humbled. I used to be happy about working here .

Review from Sales Dept

There's not enough togetherness amongst the company or its employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Listening to their employees and taking care of them

They need to get unity amongst employees stop trying make people think you go by the lovesvway when nothing u do is the loves way

Respect and empathy for the people that come to work and do their jobs

Training, communication, positive feedback, expectations, priorities, attitude, follow up and follow through.

Review from Product Dept

Actually treat everyone fairly. Not have different rules for different people.
