Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being able to interact with customers

Camaraderie, values, and customer interation

Nothing from my experience as of lately. I used to love the people I worked with but they are all gone and everyone left is lazy and immature.

The customers. Our General Manager is very supportive of his team

Review from Sales Dept

Clean stores and great workmanship in the tire shop

Nothing others then working now to live

Cleanliness. The company seems to care about its employees.

Everyone comes from different backgrounds

Our customers are happy and kind

Customers and few staff. Not the pay

The workers are the backbone of the company but lacks strong leadership, OM S SEEM TO DICTATE THE GMS DESISIONS

Nothing I have found is

The customers help and some happy employwwa

The upper management being hush about the concerns of others workers. The hassament they allowed. The workers that smoke Marijuana and the management knew just everything is ran wrong and you couldnt be someone to stand up for yourself because they aimmed to hush you

Review from Customer Support Dept

The only thing positive about loves is seeing your friends when you get there.

We have opportunities for everyone

My team hold each other up with laughter and joy ...since we have had a transition of general manager it's been quite the change so staying positive through this is a challenge..

The great workers who work hard and the caring customers.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love the culture of loves and working hard, greeting customers to make them smile and feel wanted. The customers telling me who I made there day and was very helpful I heard it's better now John is gone I just want to work and be dedicated to become smarter to loves policies and build from there

The customers that appreciate you and your dedication to the job.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I believe there should be better judgment, other than that everything else is truly wonderful

More options for job opportunities (part-time positions) and the ability to work from home for everyone. Some people work from home at this company, and most people are in the office 5 days a week because they have to. It's common for inequality at this company when it comes to where people work.

Pick our RGM to be like the dm and higher ups

There needs to be better communication from the top all the way down to the part time employees. The GM need to start giving recognition out to employees that actually do their job and start making it a place everyone wants to work at everyday agen

The management along with better training.

To teach the managers on how to be better managers

Same rules for everyone. Don't let one get by with something and then he extremely hard on someone else for the exact something.

Review from Sales Dept

Their needs to be more employees and team meetings all managers need to get involved or have one on one sessions

Hire more people so people can get off work on time

Change of managers would be great

get managers who can actively do their jibs and respect their employees

Management needs to be replaced or fixed they treat employees as a number not family like loves moto

all new employees that are treated according to what they actually do

Management needs to be replaced and stop playing favorites

get rid of the general manager, she doesnt know her job

Dont lie about the job just to get people hired on

Review from Customer Support Dept

Corporate structure needs thinned out.

Better management along with better employees

Getting rid of our GM.

Review from Sales Dept

Treat everyone equally regardless of race, religion, gender, or political views. Give everyone equal opportunity to advance in the workplace.
