Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

Being able to call someone out on their BS without them feeling disrespected, honesty, inegrity.

the friendly faces and smiles

We work hard every day

Hard working and a team that’s like fami

I don't know my team honestly

Very respectful, very honest all in one perfect

We all complain together so that's fun

My team works very hard everyday and If I am running shift they are always willing to help me if needed. I know each one on a personal level. I Love them all

Most of us love working together but it seems that most members of management would rather blame certain shifts or people instead of acting like a team they take no blame for anything because they see themselves as perfect

Team? They are all ready to find new jobs or go to bathroom and cry. No one nos wat to do about everything that has been going on.

Review from Sales Dept

We have such a strong core values and stick together just one bad RGM and we thrown off

There's a love and teamwork and respect for others

There awesome to work with

The people that I sweat and bleed with for this company are great. Corporate has a special place in hell .

Review from Sales Dept

Friendship and communication between all of us

Review from Product Dept

great people to work with.

Everyone legitimately works together. No worries of being the only person pulling your weight

They help you when you ask for it

Review from Customer Support Dept

The team work and how they care about our customers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Teamwork does not exist at this store and that is a major problem. Communication within the shift employees and between the different shifts does not happen and that is hard to deal with.

Most of my coworkers don't want to actually work, which makes it more difficult for the few of us that do work. Teamwork is also lacking in most employees.

Stop sitting around talking about people and just do their jobs.

They need to start worrying about the customers needs and not drama

Stop bullyimg and discriminating agaimst others

Actually have a meeting. In my 5 years of working there we had 2.

Stronger mgr in the Arby’s that care about there employees and not fire every one every day so there is no he

It would be an improvement if they did their jobs.

Coworkers arent given proper training by our leaders

Yea most just hold ip the counter

They need to stop walking out side every 5 minutes to smoke, every one that smokes is held to a lower standerd then non-somkers for what ever reason if I step out side to get some freash air I get yelled at for not being where im supposed to be, but if its someone that smokes its completely fine!

Our management team needs to start holding people accountable for not doing their job

They need to mind their own business and not act like they're the manager.

Communication. Taking constructive criticism when told how to do something

If our current coworkers cared a little bit it wouldn't be so bad. But because the upper guys are rude and don't care about the business it shows in their actions at the store and the way they treat fellow employees..

Review from Customer Support Dept

Lack of communication and respect

Review from Sales Dept

Everyone works wonderfully together w the exception of the one person that is allowed to get by with what others are not ...this person acts inappropriately to guests and its done in a way that management doesn't always see it...this person is inconsiderate and disrespectful to others nothing gets d

Stop talking about other coworkers and making drama. The other coworkers make new employees quit.

They need meetings to understand and get more involved They need to learn team work but also my managers need to start training new employees they hire n throw them in the kitchen with lil or no training at store 614

Outside of my team we dont work together at all, my team is great, personal phone calls and huddling in groups at eachothers cubicles having conversations while we're working overtime
