They need to be more punctual with the interviews if they know they have one that is supposed to be in they should be ready for it and not make that person wait for them to be ready. They should try to have a second manager available same day for a second interview vs asking them to come back

Was misled about pay, told i would be making an amount but not told that rate was temporary for covid.

Honesty would be nice. They intentionally mislead then they cut shares and change the bonus the second you get in you realize all goals are moving targets.

Long interview times, no respect for the interviewees time, 2 weeks between every first, second, and last interviews, and long onboarding time.
