If the team leadership deals with the managers then i like everything ! They are considerate of their employees and very kind to the customers. They will help in anyway if possible and the store stays clean and organize to their best ability. Overall, they make my job easy and fun.

Poor management affects retention. When the store is not fully staffed, the store manager fills in. I often work double shifts and I am salaried. At 54K. I am made to feel that I cannot take any time off. I think that answers the question.
