Managment needs to manage and lead.
After completing all three modules, and I learns the new store manager would not allow me to participate in any magic managerial tasks related to my position. I thought I had been demoted. She continued to completely ignore me for an entire week.

There are NO " company meetings" for the frontline footsoldiers who serve the customers. Company is too cheap to include payroll gor proper training and communication with the constant revolving door of " new hires".
