If the managers can simply listen to what I ask and say that I have issues with overall instead of removing things I need.
Hire people who really want to work, and retain fewer people giving them more hours. This would go a long way in keeping people who know what they are doing.
Pay the managers better and add security to stores that need it. Some usual form of physical protection would make employees feel safer, going to work.
Need more staff for faster checkout instead of just one cashier and to declutter the store.

The manager treats her employees like crap she will not help out on register and if you ask for help she gets mad we have a very high turnover because of her ,need new manager
