What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

New and improved management fast

If the managers can simply listen to what I ask and say that I have issues with overall instead of removing things I need.

Hire people who really want to work, and retain fewer people giving them more hours. This would go a long way in keeping people who know what they are doing.

Pay the managers better and add security to stores that need it. Some usual form of physical protection would make employees feel safer, going to work.

Need more staff for faster checkout instead of just one cashier and to declutter the store.

to many call out, treat your employees like humans

The manager treats her employees like crap she will not help out on register and if you ask for help she gets mad we have a very high turnover because of her ,need new manager

Organization at a store level gives most store a constant appearance of being unkempt. The distribution system could use more attention

Managers need to stop treating workers like dogs

Very low wages, give stores enough hours to have enough cashiers to keep the lines from going into the food aisle. Appreciate the hard work hourly employees

It gave me the opportunity to work slow and short and not many hours at first when I was having a difficult time.
