  • What's the interview process like at Dollar Tree?
    EASY
    Answered 4 years ago
You go into the office, sit on a chair, the manager asks you some very simple basic questions, and I’ve learned depending on how badly they need someone a monkey would get hired!!! I’ve seen over 20 people come and go in less than a year!!! It’s terrible!! We need people so badly but no one wants to work for $8 an hour,, not at Dollar Tree!!

you have your typical one-on-one questions with the hiring manager asking information about some of your background that was not available on application talk about your prior experiences available work hours that you'd be willing to to work and rate of pay the length of interviews to take about 30 minutes at the most
