Care about who you are hiring. Make choices of employees with a track record of coming to work.
To be more diversified. I was a minority among staff and workers. It was very discriminating and demeaning.

Don't let store managers do any hiring. Let it all go through corporate. At least it would be fair.
I wouldn't because they give opportunities to people that wouldn't have otherwise somewhere else.
Instead of spending one hour telling me all about yourself, past accomplishments and all about the job. How about ask me a question or two....what do I like to do? why do I want the job? what am I good at? NO QUESTIONS about me...all about them.

For one, put someone on the register so they can consuct the interview from the office and not the sales floor.

Tell me what im going to pay and don't send out false information.on indeed saying your starting pay is 18 but then get a paper that says 15
