We all work good together as a team

They at least try to help, but it's not enough at times.

My store manager genuinely cares about us and the store

Review from Sales Dept

We are trying our best

Everything they do to help

I train everyone the best

Good instruction given everyday by our manager

They connect well with their associates

Keep you in the loop and continue to improve and educate us daily about the job and to meet our daily goal

Friendly and understanding and made to feel loke you're part of the team

My manager is right there helping put when needed ! Shes part of the team ! Team work makes dream work .

Always welling to help us all out with things.

My store manager is very flexible with scheduling. If someone needs time off, they get it. This is why i work there.

they are all easy to talk too, with concerns.

The DM Dani and store manager Brigett , are easy to work with and treat all employees with respect and dignity , and are very fair and balanced when there are problems. they work very hard and long hours and do whatever it takes get the job done

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Training and how to treat the employees

Stocking recovery and show up for work

Identifying problems before they happen not as they happen

Communication, gossip, providing support for the associates

Everything, they are so unprofessional

How she Communicates with staff

Communication with Osha and labor laws Communication period No follow through with anything Promises broken even with safety

I think the Stocker's should do their job right.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Giving MORE HOURS to their employees

Coordination of their daily tasks to complete, but it's difficult because the company expects much in a limited time frame. The must know that it's not possible to complete, but they keep burning out managers fooling enough to take the position.

treating employees with common curtesy, provide an employee handbook, consistency applying rules and how the stocking of shelves should be preformed.

Training, understanding inventory, and the areas that are causing the problem.

Communication, scheduling, teamwork, overall making a better work experience for the employees

Everything. Communication. Payroll. Training. Caring about their employees

They need to follow up on assigned tasks because some don't do as they should but corrective measures are never taken

Working as a team; respecting ALL employees

I haven't recoved my paychecks at all

Review from Sales Dept
