Dollar Tree Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people I work with.

Review from Operations Dept

It's a very flexible schedule

Staff and we having fun while working

People seem to enjoy their jobs and coming to work

New hires that eager to learn

Team work support from SM

I want to be an Assistant Manager.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The most positive is the people and there personality

The cashiers. Literally thats it. I have never met a polite regional manager or district manager. There isnt anytning else positive.

Review from Sales Dept

Some of the customers and a few coworkers

Communicating with customers and being able to help them find what they need

Some of the customers smiles

Everyone is diffrent but we treat each orher all the same

Everything is alright about this place

We stock all the products that comustters can see what we have promet the company to get fored

The customers and their interactions

interacting with the customers was enjoyable

Like I said before everyone helps each other in all aspects of life

Me because I try to make employees that mistreated feel as they haven't done anything anything and I treat the consumers for well.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Unsure about what I can say that's positive...

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Listen to your employees give them a voice to be heard. And not be worried to do so. I'm 52 years old and I work really hard at what I try to do for my store, even though I used training from when I worked for Dollar General cause I got no direct training here then written up for things I was shown.

Get traind managers in your stores

More hours to put more employees in the store at 1 time

An actual inventory system, so that there isn't an overflow of products that don't sell. And not enough of products that do sell

To get rid of the full time assistant manager who causes turmoil and is not reliable and is costing the company money and time. Can't show up for her scheduled shifts and has walked out on her shift to leave me by myself but apparently that's ok. And still has a job?

Think of the employees as humans not dollar's

Review from Sales Dept

Hire to replace bad attitude, lazy and call in team members. Lack of talent.

Review from Operations Dept

Either alot of true new management at this dollar store thats been houng downhill for some tile now, or this specifice one should slip truck for a week or two to be able to work on the back rook instead of the manager shutting the store down midday to work on stock.

Respect for employees at the store level.

orgsnize more cleaner more team eork

Needs new management and employees plus better training

what you need to do is make more surprise visit, without telling your D.Manager or Regional Managers you'll see the real truth they all lie!!!!!!!

Pay and orders that we receiveb

Environment is hostile. The customers are the best part.

We need to work together as a team I believe team work and respect for others will improve the work environment.

Better management and communication with eachother

Value all your employees not just management

we really need a new manager

Better pay and I will stay quiet more

Value of the employees and appearance of the store.
