the leadership team needs to schedule their emplyees around their prospective schedules. they need to treat emplyees respectfully and professionally. they need trsining on how to run and manage a store and employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i get paid minimum wage but i'm expected to train new hires, help the managers when they don't understand. i would like to be paid for the work i am doing. my teamates sit around doing nothing while i do the majority of the work.

I work at a store that the other managers sit around talking on cell phones and not working. Though they expect me to do the cleaning list, and anything else that may come up. They make the same if not more money then I do and do way way less work.

Higher ups. I just had my area manager tell me to my face today, that they dont care if my coworkers talk on the phone and relax I should do everything.

The building is too small to work in there is no kitchen space to even move around in. We barely have enough room for the one cook we have.nthe store is falling apart everything is so old it need to be upgraded prolly knocked down n build a new building with more space to store things n move around

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager will talk poorly amongst others an over share her staffs personal business. One manager lashes out and gets rude when overwhelmed. The other is too involved with others business.

Management. We are always short gms, instead of promoting good workers from within. We bring poison in instead. And instead of cutting out the poison we let it spread and infect the entire crew.

A lot of sexism and misogyny in the work place. The general manager has favorite employees that he would defend to the end of the earth whether they are in the right or in the wrong. Only 1 female manager and she is paid the least but she works the hardest
