my store manager is unprofessional, emotionally immature. she takes things personally, has been stealing tips. she talks about termanations and coworker's salary in front of costoners, other emplyees, pretty much anyone. she dosent know how to schedule, manage her team or treat them fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we've never had a store meeting by the way. everone is very welcoming.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
the leadership team needs to schedule their emplyees around their prospective schedules. they need to treat emplyees respectfully and professionally. they need trsining on how to run and manage a store and employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i get paid minimum wage but i'm expected to train new hires, help the managers when they don't understand. i would like to be paid for the work i am doing. my teamates sit around doing nothing while i do the majority of the work.
