They work with u to make sure u have enough hours to have a good check regardless of tips

What compensation package? I don't get benefits unless I pay outrageously for them. I don't get vacation time or sick leave. More often than not, I get my job threatened if I call in for any personal reason.

The cooks make the least amount of money and you guys are crooks.

Lack of opportunities to advance. As a cook, we do not have any incentives to do well. I.e. other team members get tips for good performance from customers

We could get a new GM for starts 1 that might make better decisions about hiring and firing 1 that's fair and I won't have to sue

Coworkers need to do their job without complaint of their job description though will only happen if fairly compensated for the work they do. That said some need to figure out that the workplace is for work and not to play on your phone and chat with each other like your on vacation.

Compensate cooks for lack of opportunities to get tips and being overwork. In addition, compensate Pizzahut team members for working and being exposed to people during a health pandemic.
