I have been harrased by management at work daily. And falsly accused with no voice and no way to stand up for myself. The residents are mistreated and forced to do things. Theres been video proof of the accusations being false and HR AND management has refused to pull video footage.

I loved the residents but the supervisor took advantage of me and did not pay me fairly. They responded to my emails when they wanted to and always wanted me to work on my days off or come in to work before my scheduled time.

Stop hiring people who never had experience ... look at it this way if you were looking for private care for your loved one would you hire somebody who has never taken care of an elderly person or would you hire somebody who has had experience prior...EXACTLY!!!
