They listen to what our needs are

Very kind and friendly and listen to you.

Accessible despite being very busy, many are knowledgeable to Brookdale policies and majority of leaders have many years with Brookdale.

Confident, aproach, able to help any department, especially executive director, business manager worked as housekeeper due to short staff

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything needs to be worked on all areas

Expectations of the community as a whole provide support in order to accomplish goals.

Leadership needs to coach, listen, create solutions for success with positive communication and recognition for acchievement . Point out the positives and celebrate their employees accomplishments. Show respect to all team associates equally no matter their position.

Handling situations where employees feel safe at work, keeping employee morale up, and treating everyone fairly

Listening to staff and to be a well rounded leader.

Lowering cost to be more competitive, improving renovations, investing in the community to add value.

Integrity, accountability and teamwork would be a great addition to the leadership team.

Safe staffing ratios. Especially for nurses.

The company has low scores here and justifiably. Their culture is not inclusive.

Paying attention to their community directors- leadership. Keeping terrible ones with multiile complaints is very poor management from the top.

Exclusivity would be good. Providing feedback on job performance and not just snide backhanded remarks. The General manager was capricious about returning emails and or text messages. Bigots should not be welcome.
