Leadership needs to coach, listen, create solutions for success with positive communication and recognition for acchievement . Point out the positives and celebrate their employees accomplishments. Show respect to all team associates equally no matter their position.

Paying attention to their community directors- leadership. Keeping terrible ones with multiile complaints is very poor management from the top.
Exclusivity would be good. Providing feedback on job performance and not just snide backhanded remarks. The General manager was capricious about returning emails and or text messages. Bigots should not be welcome.
