Corporate needs to follow policies, not override districts with handling things and not following policy. Shoild not single out groups of people. Management and employees should be able to do whats right for the community and should freely be able to report issues without negative comeback.
There needs to be a focus put on teamwork, honesty and integrity towards staff and residents.

The managers office should not be a second break room for the managers favorites. Bigotry should not be tolerated.

Adequate staffing to allow days off and more realistic 8 to 9 hour days.
It's hard to pin point what needs to change when theres quite a bit that needs to be addressed. But we can start by letting go of some negative people.
In the individual community the culture is positive. The corporation makes it negative. Time and time again corporate proves that they have no idea what they are doing. Improve by treat associates better and with respect. Pay associates better. Treat everyone equally. Maybe Christmas compensation?
Favoritism and nepotism need to stop. It is visible. We see it.
