The communication between employees and management.
Flexible and are supportive with my time
Everything needs to be worked on all areas
Expectations of the community as a whole provide support in order to accomplish goals.
Leadership needs to coach, listen, create solutions for success with positive communication and recognition for acchievement . Point out the positives and celebrate their employees accomplishments. Show respect to all team associates equally no matter their position.
Handling situations where employees feel safe at work, keeping employee morale up, and treating everyone fairly
Listening to staff and to be a well rounded leader.
Benefits are affordable, especially when adding children or family.
the benefits from health insurance
Many offers available. Fair amount of PTO and website is user friendly to select benefits and use them.

Paid time off and holidays pay
Provide many options for employees
rather not answer at this time
This is a bad place to work and that is why the turn over is so high
It isn't about the compensation it is more about the culture.

Respect is a real issue and the fact that constant negativity is not the way to value someone. Benefits arent great , pay is below everyone else in area, and not paid in market for your education and skill level is bad. Also cutting hours is truly an issue.
Show some appreciation. Always Negative.
My team members are always polite and (for the most part) in a good mood
Caring and talent in their department
some of them work hard.
Review from Operations Dept
team is dedicated to seniors and care about them, we work together to achieve good results
cooperative, working atmosphere is friendly
Communication and helping one another
Shutdown time on their job and it fools too
Completing their duties before their departure
Get real leaders that care about their patients
Cliquey, bigoted, gossipy behaviors undermine a team. Management should be aware of this kind of behavior and strive to create an atmosphere on exclusivity and not exclusivity. They have not.
As i said, my co-workers are a delight to work with
Serving seniors and providing the solution for their families
some co workers have longivity and are kind, they truly care about the residents
The dining is excellently done
Get a very management cleaner to treat people do you got left with more respect
Corporate needs to follow policies, not override districts with handling things and not following policy. Shoild not single out groups of people. Management and employees should be able to do whats right for the community and should freely be able to report issues without negative comeback.
There needs to be a focus put on teamwork, honesty and integrity towards staff and residents.
Hold employees accountable consistently for all aspects of their job
Get rid of the Executive Director to start then go from there
Management. More communication. Environment. H
The manager listened to me
The recruiter is excellent and associate executive director at the time was very positive and inspiring
smooth and helpful leadership team
How personal it was with the interviewer
The questions where appropriate for my task
More communication more rethink. Bb
Being told what the actual job will be instead of luring nurses on indeed under adds like ADON and DON
They are too desperate for warm bodies.
I was hired by a staff member before a GM was assigned. Do not misrepresent the work or the culture. When someone is hired they should be introduced and mentored to see if they are being welcomed or not.
They are careless and do not hire for your posistion they reguatly change your tirle daily to get you to do anyjob evwn if not qualified and hire almost about anyone who applies
Review from Operations Dept
Seeing the smiles on our residents
Opportunity to help family with their loved one
helping families and seniors live better
Assisting residents and familes to get the best services within a budget they desire and providing resources as needed.
Review from Admin Dept
I get to make a difference
Safer staffing ratios with better care for residents.
Everything is wrong the training, the countless meetings, the zoom meetings, the cooperate meetings.
Fire the Executive Director and then develop more of a team experience with a new one and make sire positive and not act like a middle schooler. Actually listen to, respect, and trust your team and motivate them rather than treat them poorly all the tine
Again, the care that the residents are getting is not up to par.
Better pay. Better accountability. better staffing. better management
