All I can say is that everyone was nice and professional until you start working there.

It was very fair good

That I was hired, but everything else was unorganized. HR/PAYROLL was from the stone ages. She had a dog with her in the room of one employee and was also no help what so ever!

Being told what the actual job will be instead of luring nurses on indeed under adds like ADON and DON

They are too desperate for warm bodies.

I was hired by a staff member before a GM was assigned. Do not misrepresent the work or the culture. When someone is hired they should be introduced and mentored to see if they are being welcomed or not.

They are careless and do not hire for your posistion they reguatly change your tirle daily to get you to do anyjob evwn if not qualified and hire almost about anyone who applies

Better screening not to just hire a body

Tell the ED not to answer her personal phone while interviewing and while shes working at brookdale to stop answering phone calls about her personal businesses.

Make sure people are ready and available to interview. Many times I needed to stop work to conduct interviews because original interviewer was not at work.

They use a difficult recruitment process and it takes time to get hired as the background and drug test take forever and there is no training once hired.

My recruiter missed our interview- twice. When we finally connected she said, “You were recommended for the job. I don’t need to interview y
