If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Brookdale Senior Living?
Generally I would increase the base payscales. The culture of the place is on point however. For such a large corporation to focus care and be open to ideas of general employees- and willing to institute them, is superb.

the culture at the facility is great, but corporate is constantly changing operating procedures and micro managing the management. Some of the stuff they come up with is mind blowing.
