I'm not familiar enough with it to answer. I'll say there are procedures in place that are more fair to the employee than many other companies.

I've never encountered layoffs.
How are the career growth opportunities on the Admin team at Brookdale Senior Living?
Career advancement is what you put into it. Management follows employee skillset closely and will place you where you will do best. But from my experience, will advise and not pressure advancement. I was pulled aside for a few promotions, and if I was seeking, I advanced. Growth opportunities are there for the taking.
