What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Good managers for your direct are hit/miss. All of higher managers wanted their ideas even if it wasn't right and caused issues.

Th Employee Stock Purchase Plan was awesome, a certain percentage off the purchase price for two years even if the price went up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working there little over 15 years started at $15..and now I am making $16.25.!!! This should explain every thing about the management in PayPal.

Coworkers need to understand the workflow. Some coworkers were placed in our deparent even though they did not understand the work itself

At first it was positive but after being in the department it is more negative, due to issues that's managers did not know how to fix

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor management style . To fix it examine the task employee do and then seek to improve it by rotating employees duties . making work more creative and challenging rather than mundane and extremely monotonous and boring
