What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are always trying to find better ways to get the work done but want to work with the current Team Members in order to make that happen.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a diverse group of team members all bringing something beneficial to the group.

We work very closely, maintaining open communication and are supportive of each other. We make sure to shift priorities to manage work loads so one team member isn't overloaded.

I mostly enjoy the team building things we do, we welcome babies with gifts, send flowers to team members who have had a death in the family and we do little things like our most recent secret cupid where you can give little gifts to team members for Valentine's day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do a good job of having team members buy in to the company goals as their own personal goals.

We're very relaxed on the IT side. Very comfortable clothing choices, able to have visible tats and piercings- if you can do the work well, they only care about that. You are encouraged to speak up, and you can reach out to all levels of leadership.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too much focus on relationships and politics, not enough on results and logical strategy. Lack of knowledge and understanding of the department and industry within leadership. Disregard for long term employee growth and too much focus on bringing in friends.
